Returns and complaints policy

I. General Provisions


  1. This Return and Complaint Policy sets out the rules regarding returns and complaints of products purchased in the online store, operated by Mikołaj Nicera, conducting business under the name Nicer Design, based at ul. Zielna 91, 30-320 Kraków, NIP: 6793230205.

II. Right of Return


  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the Product.

  2. To exercise the right of return, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or e-mail).

  3. Returns are subject to unsealed boxes, provided that the set is complete and shows no signs of use or installation.

  4. The consumer should return the Product to the Seller's address no later than 14 days from the day they informed the Seller of their withdrawal from the contract.

  5. The costs of returning the Product are borne by the consumer.

III. Complaints


  1. The Seller is liable to the Client for physical and legal defects of the Product in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

  2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the email address: or in writing to the Seller's address.

  3. A complaint should include the Client's name, order number, description of the defect, and the Client's demand.

  4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the day of its receipt and inform the Client about how it has been handled.

IV. Complaint Limitations


  1. Products are not subject to complaints if:

  2. They were not used according to their intended purpose.

  3. They were mechanically damaged.

  4. They were poorly maintained, e.g., not impregnated by the Client before installation and later at least once a year.

  5. Complaints do not cover the pattern and color of the plywood. As a natural material, plywood may slightly differ in shade and pattern, which cannot be subject to a complaint.

V. Final Provisions


  1. In matters not regulated by this Return and Complaint Policy, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change this Return and Complaint Policy. Changes will be published on the Store's website and apply to contracts concluded after the date of their publication.
